Shawn recently had the daunting task of cleaning our 8’ x 10’ 100%New Zealand Wool Shag rug . And oh, by the way, my rug is WHITE. We did not realize that colored dyes from your socks could rub into the carpet as can the fibers from your socks. The rug had several dark swirls from foot traffic (and soot from a fireplace mishap) and we thought the white rug was ruined. Shawn restored this rug to its original condition. My rug looks gorgeous. Their work is exceptional. Shawn is meticulous, he has a great attention to detail and the finished product exceeded my expectations.

I decided to return my Bissell Pro 2x to Costco because it was not meeting the expectation that I had hoped for when I purchased it. After six months of it catching dust in a lonely corner, Costco returned 100% of the cost for the cleaner. I was not planning on hiring a professional service because when I did so in the past, the quality of their service was poor; the carpet remained wet and produced an unpleasant odor which initially prompted me to buy an over the counter remedy, if you will. I GOOGLED “professional carpet cleaner” and was drawn to your ad. I was expecting to leave a message but surprisingly, you pick up the phone. You were courteous and took the time to fully explain how your company does business. You explained your products and stood emphatically behind your company and quality of work. You made an offer I could not refuse with a zero-approach sales pitch. What I appreciated most is that you stood by your workmanship and if I was not totally satisfied, you would not charge me. Who does that? We agreed to meet at my home at six and you were prompt and ready to work. What blew me away more so than anything was your willingness to move my furniture which is EXTREMELY heavy and you cleaned every corner of the room: You also did so with care. That room and only bedroom that is carpeted in my home is 18 X 24 ft and within an hour and a half, you transformed that room into an airy sanctuary once again.
