We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and Extreme is by far the best. No one even comes close. Outstanding service! We had our carpets stretched, cleaned, carpet down the stairs replaced, and kitchen tile cleaned. The owner Shawn actually did the work. He takes his time and doesn't stop until he is completely satisfied. We can't say enough about the quality of the work and service. We highly recommend Extreme. Don't waste your money elsewhere!

We were redoing the furniture in our living room when we realized that we really needed the carpet cleaned. At first, I was going to DIY it using a "Rugdoctor rental". I am so glad I hired Extreme Carpet Cleaning instead!! Shawn was awesome: communication was great, he explained exactly what we needed to get the carpet cleaned (we have Berber carpet), price was reasonable and now the carpet looks fantastic. Save yourself some heart ache: don't DIY it -- call Extreme Carpet Cleaning instead.

I never even heard of the concept of refurbishing a carpet rather than replacing them, and Shawn carefully explained how carpet can be professionally cleaned, cut and stretched, removing decades of wear in less than a full day.
The results were nothing short of ASTONISHING. Years of dirt, rumbles, and those gray edges in all rooms and on all my stairs: GONE!!
What was left wash a fresh scent, cleaned carpets nicely fluffed up material, and gone were 20 years of wear and tear.
This was performed by Shawn and his team in less than a day, on almost all of the carpeting in my 2300 square foot home.
My house was prepared for sale, and it sold in one day, thanks in great part to Shawn's work. The new owners will be very pleased as well.

I've learned so much about carpets and rugs from Shawn! He's passionate about his work and very knowledgeable. In addition, he's very professional and accommodating. We were under a lot of pressure to move into our new home but we needed the carpets cleaned and replaced. Shawn took care of everything and met all of our deadlines. The work he did was outstanding! Very pleased with Extreme Carpet Services. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and on-time. They repaired and stretched LR carpet and cleaned them. Looks like new again. Highly recommend them!

Shawn and his team were amazing to work with. I initially called them to deep clean all of my new home's carpet, thinking that replacing it would be too expensive (based on another vendor's quote). Shawn was able to provide a much more reasonable quote for great quality carpet and padding, so we replaced the carpet on 2 levels of the home, and cleaned our basement carpet. All the work was done very well, the crews were professional and helpful, and the timelines were all met. I wish I had done the basement after all! Will definitely call them back when it's time to do that.

Shawn is absolutely obsessive in his work. He notices things in your home that you probably haven’t even noticed. He service costs a bit more but my goodness he is worth every penny. I had 2500 square feet of pure white Berber carpet including steps that were blackened to the point of hopelessness. I was quoted by a carpet company 15k to tear up and replace it all. So I called Shawn just to see if cleaning was a possibility. He said he could get it clean. I was more than skeptical. He quoted me $1800 including a Teflon coating. He arrived the day of the appointment on time and by the end of the day eye couldn’t believe my eyes. The carpet was pure white again. I almost cried.

If you’re looking for new carpeting I highly recommend Extreme Carpet. Shawn Millikin was very helpful throughout the entire process from the initial visit to the final walk through when the job was complete. The installation was top notch (and guaranteed) and all done on the same day. They are very service oriented and Shawn knows his carpeting.

These guys are really incredible! They cut out two areas of carpet that had very permanent stains and pieced in fresh pieces so well that I can't tell where they were. Unbelievable job highest recommendation! Greg in Baltimore
