Annie Feidt and Dr. Christine Roalofs talk about mushing dogs in Alaska. This talks about the time she has been practicing for the upcoming race this March 1st, 2013. The race is from Anchorage to Nome, Alaska. The team is composed of 16 dogs and a musher. They cover a total distance of usually 1,000 miles. It takes them roughly around 9–15 days and in the Iditarod histroy the fastest time was 8 days, 19 hours, 46 minutes, and 39 seconds.
